She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
She is survived by her husband, Patrick Henry O'Neal of Russellville; one son and daughter-in-law, Thomas E. and Betty O'Neal of Charlotte, North Carolina; four daughters and 3 sons-in-law, Diane and Bill Cook of Collierville, TN, Peggy Robertson of Little, Pamela O'Neal and John Clardy of Bellingham, WA, Mary Lou and Mike Goodson of Russellville; 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 1 nephew, Lanny Westbrook of Phoenix, AZ.
A memorial mass will be at 9 am Tuesday, July 20, 2004 at St. John's Catholic Church. Rev. Shawn O'Neal will officiate. The body was cremated. Arrangements are under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
