Stockwell, Aug 31 - Mrs. Belle Izora VanCourt, 64, widow of Thomas Van Court, died last night at 5:15 o’clock after an illness of eight weeks. Born near Dayton, Jan. 26, 1874, she was a daughter of John and Mary (Smith) Long. On April 8, 1890 she married Mr. VanCourt, who died two years ago. She was the mother of 11 children, five of whom survive; Mrs. Ralph Ferguson, Stockwell; Mrs. Francis Alenduff, Lafayette; Joe VanCourt, Colfax, and Harry and Moody VanCourt, Stockwell. Friends may call at the residence. Services will be held there Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock. Rev. C. V. Roush officiating. Burial in Johnson cemetery. Coyner funeral director of Colfax.
