Noel was a WWII Veteran and was discharged as a Technical Sergeant. Noel retired after 33 years. He attended Olf College. He was a district manager of the Social Security Administration. Noel enjoyed bridge, golf and traveling. Noel was a member of the National Committee to Save Social Security, Omaha Business Men's Club, and Lions Club. He also was a member of Rejoice Lutheran Church.
