Roland was the son of Wm. Lewis Secord and Blanche E. Graham. He died in a plane crash while coming home from service in WWII . The plane crashed New Year's Eve in a blinding snowstorm. He married Dorothy Phillips and was the father of two: Sharon and infant David (1944-1944).
