Mrs. Rowe retired in 1978 from Danskin Inc., where she worked for 38 years.
She was a member of Zion United Church of Christ, the home department of the church and its Sunday school.
She was a member of Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Auxiliary and a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Born in Carlisle, Cumberland County, Feb. 14, 1914, she was a daughter of the late William and Amanda R. Snellbaker Eppley. She was the wife of the late Herbert L. Rowe.
She leaves a niece.
Viewing is 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at Zion United Church of Christ, 100 Lafayette St. The service is at 10 a.m. Monday at the church with her pastor, the Rev. Robert L. Anderson, officiating.
Burial is in Greenmount Cemetery.
