He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Alscinous Vernon Lang; sisters Patricia Grassley, Beverly Johnson, Silvia Lang, Sandra Lang, and Edith Dressler; Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Joyce D. "Taylor" Lang; sons William A. Lang, Christopher A. Lang; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters Hester "Tess" Tomblin, Virginia "Diane" Curtis, Nancy Tull; cousins Sue Wilson, and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
