She was predeceased by her husband, Clarence A. Bond. Born in Lynn Township, Lehigh County, she was a daughter of the late H. Edwin and Eva(Gruber)Fister.
From 1937 to 1965, Bond and her husband operated a dairy farm in Albany Township. Until her retirement in 1978, she was employed in the dining room at the Hamburg Center. She worked briefly as a cook at the Laurel Center after her retirement.
Bond was a member of the United Church of Christ congregation of New Bethel Union Church.
She is survived by two sons, Lester F., Kutztown, and Richard C., Kempton; and two daughters, Jean F. (Bond) Rauch, Kempton, and Shirley I. (Bond) Fotheringill, Reading.
There are 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are three sisters: Emma (Fister) Lenhart, Olive (Fister) Kistler, and Leonore (Fister) Bond, all of Kempton.
The Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, New Tripoli, Lehigh County, was in charge of arrangements.
