Born in Philadelphia, he attended the Univ of Minnesota, and on completion of his schooling in 1895, joined the firm established by his father.
Francis was a member of the Sons of the Revolution, the Loyal Legion & the Society of COlonial Wars.
He is survived by his wife, Martha OELBERMANN DONALDSON.
Funeral services held at 1820 Chestnut St; interment services, private.
