Funeral services were held for Horace Randolph Eubanks, 74, of Lucedale on Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at 3 p.m. from Rocky Creek Baptist Church.

Interment followed in Rocky Creek Cemetery with Rev. Grant McLain officiating the services.

A former employee with Ingalls Shipbuilding for 35 years and a member of Rocky Creek Baptist Church, he died April 22. A loving husband, father and PawPaw, he enjoyed hunting, trapping and morning coffee with friends.

He is survived by his children Horace Eubanks, Cindy (Don) Brewer, Debbie (Mike) Havard, Charlie (Chandra) Eubanks, Benny (Kathy) Eubanks and Margaruite (Fadel) Ruiz; grandchildren Brian (Rosie) Eubanks, Katie Eubanks, Amy (Brandon) Franovich, Casey Brewer, Josh (Jennifer) Havard, Tyler Havard, Austin Eubanks, Cole Eubanks, Dusty Reeves, Cody Reeves, Jordan Eubanks, Heather (Micah) Wiggins, Jayden Eubanks, Colleen Eubanks, Hannah Eubanks, Chloe Eubanks, Seth Eubanks and Sawyer Eubanks, Ashley Ruiz, Jacob Ruiz and Nicole Ruiz; great grandchildren Mary Eubanks, Sophie Wiggins, Landon Franovich, Lexie Havard, Sierra Havard and Kenneth Havard; sisters Julia Hall and Lena (Gene) tanner; brothers Lionel (Sharon Kay) Eubanks and Owen (Sheryl) Eubanks; and father-in-law Bruce Elvon Hobby.

He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Evelyn Hobby Eubanks; father Noel Randolph Eubanks; mother Mary Lee Brannan Eubanks, mother-in-law Loren Hobby, sister-in-law Joyce Eubanks and brother-in-law A. N. Hall.

Pallbearers included Brian Eubanks, Josh Havard, Tyler Havard, Casey Brewer, Austin Eubanks, Jacob Ruiz, Cole Eubanks, Seth Eubanks, Sawyer Eubanks, Dusty Reeves and Cody Reeves. Honorary pallbearers were members of the Carl Havard Sunday School Class.
