Mrs. Alfreda L. Cassiday, 62, of Sanford, died Sunday, Jan. 1, in the Midland Hospital. Born in Sage Township on November 18, 1915, she moved to Sanford 8 years ago from Gladwin.
Surviving are 6 sons, Duane of DeWitt, Edward, Darwin and Dana of Flint, Jerry of Sanford and Robert of Gladwin; 2 daughters, Mrs. Gary (Bonnie) Martis of Rexton and Mrs. James (Rushell) Porter of Gladwin; 22 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday from the Hall Funeral Home, Gladwin Chapel. The Rev. Robert Shoaff will officiate and burial will be in the Skeels Cemetery. Gladwin County Record dated 1-4/1978 Column - 4 Page - 2.
