Mrs. Mabel Allison was called to mourn the death of her only child, Russell Allison, Monday morning, after a week's illness from diphtheria. His age was six years and six months. He seemed to be getting along nicely until Sunday night when he suddenly grew worse. The remains were taken to Shenandoah yesterday forenoon for interment.
