Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Mariposa Chapel of Tiscornia and Ivers for Isaac Wright Hobson, 75, of Triangle Road, who died in Fremont Hospital Thursday.
Elder Larson of Mariposa Seventh Day Adventist Church officiated and burial followed in Mariposa Cemetery.
Born in California May 18, 1888, Hobson had been a self- employed carpenter and had lived in Mariposa the last 18 years.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Hallie May Hobson; two sons, Ernest L. Hobson of Las Vegas, Nev., and Ivan L. Hobson of Norco; and three sisters, Mrs. Katie Conrad of Arizona, Mrs. Hazel Corvin and Mrs. Reno Adams both of Fresno. Also living are four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
