William Thomas Witt was full blooded Native American. He was dropped off with a white family shortly after his birth. He married Edith C. Swearingen on 3 March 1886. They had 7 children. The ones that I know of are: Lula, Willie and Jim. Edith died on 30 January 1903 when a tree fell on her in a field William was clearing. He remaried a woman named Ola May, they had several children: Lottie, Moss, Goldie, Fay and Gertrude.
