Bracie Morron
HELTONVILLE – Bracie T. Morron, 66, R. 4, Bedford, died at 5:10 p.m. Friday at the Bloomington hospital.
He was the son of Willis and Maude Kinser Morron and was born Aug. 5, 1905 in Lawrence County.
He was a retired grocery store owner on Chapel Hill in Monroe County.
Survivors include his wife, May Chamber Morron; three sons, Lynaul of R. 3, Bedford, Marshall of R. 4, Bedford, and Jerry Joe of R. 4, Bloomington; three daughters, Mrs. Sharon Norman of R. 4, Bedford, Mrs. Nancy Deckard of R. 1, Heltonville, and Mrs. Kathy Evans of Bloomington.
By a former marriage, five sons, William of Odon, Cecil of Crane, Eugene of New York, Maurice of Fla., and Floyd of New York; and a daughter, Mrs. Irene Smith of Seymour also survive.
Stepchildren surviving include Mrs. Maxine Arthur and Mrs. Phyllis Birchler, both of Bloomington; and Winfred Prince of Bedford. Thirty eight grandchildren and one great grandchild also survive.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Chapel Hill Pentecostal Church. Friends may call at the Jones Funeral Home Sunday afternoon.
