Born in Maryland, she lived in the Akron area most of her life, and was a member of Faith United Methodist Church.
Preceded in death by husband, Russell E., she is survived by son, Russell B. Fazenbaker of Akron; daughters, Sandra Fitzgerald of Brunswick, Md., and
Susan Tisen of Monaca, Pa.; sisters, Elizabeth Hackett of Rowlesburg, W. Va., and Leona Jones of Akron; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be Saturday, 6 to 9 p.m., and Sunday, 6 to 9 p.m., at the Schermesser Funeral Home, 1446 S. Main St. Funeral services Monday, 11 a.m., at the funeral home, Rev. Don Lafaber and Rev. James A. Herbst officiating. Interment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the Faith United Methodist Church, 954 Eastland Ave.
