DEAD IN HOME WITH CHILDREN NEAR
Michael Griffin, about 50 years old, died suddenly yesterday morning at his home, No 268 Jefferson street. He was found dead with two small children in the house with him. His son, Thomas Griffin, went to Sound View Saturday for a vacation and could not be located yesterday. Mr Grifin was ill for some time and had been at the Hartford Hospital, but was around the house Saturday. The body was taken to the undertaking rooms of J J & F Ahern. No 11 Chapel street. The children were taken to neighbors pending the son’s arrival at the home. The son is employed at the Travelers office.
