Mrs. Lottie G. Chapman, 38, of Savannah, Ga., formerly of Neuse, was killed in an automobile wreck in Raeford on Saturday, according to information received here yesterday.
Accompanied by her husband, Cpl. P. M. Chapman, Mrs. Chapman was en route to Neuse to visit her parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. R. Daniels, Corporal Chapman is now in the Fort Bragg hospital and reportedly has been unconscious since the accident.
Surviving, in addition to her husband and parents, are two brothers, H. C. Daniels of Raleigh and J. T. Daniels of Zebulon, and four sisters, Mrs. Flonnie Bishop of Breman, Ga. and Mrs. M. L. Martin, Mrs. Alex Watkins and Mrs. Russell Honeycutt, all of Neuse.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday at a time and place to be announced.
