Mrs. Woodard Dead.
Mrs. Sarah Woodard, aged 80 years died at 2:15 this morning after a lingering illness at the home of her son Ralph in Silverdale where she had made her home the past three years.
She was born in Carthage, Ill. 19 years ago she came with her husband to Winfield.
Her husband preceded her in death in 1905.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Anna Gilmore of Silverdale, and Mrs. Victoria Parrott of Corbin, Kans., by four sons, Ralph of Silverdale, Ed, Frank and Bert of this city.
She was a member of the Christian church.
Funeral services will be held in the home of her son Bert, 1710 S Main, Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Rev. A. Homer Jordan will conduct the services.
