ARCHUNDE -- DOMINICA (MINA) Age 93, a resident of Albuquerque, NM, passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2011. Mrs. Archunde is survived by her children, Beatrice Garcia Apodaca and husband, Eloy, Rose Gallegos, Gilbert Archunde, Renay Gallegos and fiance, Robert Atler, Stanley Archunde, and Josie Marquez and husband, Gene; brother, Augustine Garcia and wife, Mela; previous son-in-law, Pete Gallegos; eighteen grandchildren, thirty-two great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter and one on the way; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mrs. Archunde was preceded in death by her husband, Secundino Archunde; daughter, Cora Santistevan; and parents Jose and Beatrice Garcia. A Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by her granddaughters, Joesette and Celina.

Interment will follow at Santa Barbara Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be David Gallegos, Greg Santistevan, Damian Gallegos, Martin Gallegos, Stan Archunde Jr., and Jason Leyba. Honorary pallbearer will be Dominic Archunde
