Delmer "D.C." Riley, 92, of Bowling Green died at 5:35 a.m. April 6, 2006. The Hartsville, Tenn., native was a retired Realtor. He was a member of Bowling Green Masonic Lodge 73 F & AM, volunteered for the American Red Cross, was a World War II Army veteran and earned the Purple Heart Award and several other military awards. He was a member of First Baptist Church, started Warren County Realty and sold to G.M. Biggers. He was a son of the late Charlie Porter Riley and Georgia Woods Riley. He was preceded in death by a brother, Dean Riley; and two sisters, Louise Braga and Lucille McHenry. Funeral is at 2 p.m. Sunday at J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Broadway Avenue chapel, with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
