Son of Henry B. Webster & Mary Dillon. Frank grew up in Benton County, Iowa He first married Eliza A. Shaner, and had four children: Floyd, Josephine Belle, Neva Ruth, and Roy. Frank and Eliza divorced about 1900. Frank remarried to Ella (Tallman) Shaner. Two children born: Caryl Verne and Doris. Frank and family moved to Yakima, WA in the 1910's. Frank died in Yakima in 1928 and was buried there.
