Today At Clarksville
Mrs. Adrienne Dagg, prominent in local church and civic club activities, died at 9 a.m. today at a Clarksville nursing home. She had been a patient there several months.
Mrs. Dagg who lived at 1610 S. Virginia St., had been a member of Ninth Street Christian Church 57 years. She was active in the Red Cross program and other civic club functions.
A native of Henderson, she moved to Hopkinsville in 1900 when she married the late J. H. Dagg. Her husband died several years ago. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. B. A. Blackwell.
Before coming to Hopkinsville, Mrs. Dagg was an instructor in mathematics at a private girls' school in Henderson, "The Home School for Girls."
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:30 p. m. Monday at Keightley Funeral Home. Officiating will be her pastor, the Rev. Harry Davis, Ninth Street Christian Church. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
Survivors include a sister, Miss Mary Blackwell, of the city.
