From the Hinton Record. Special Thank You to Mel Owings of the Caddo County, Oklahoma Genealogy Society. My father Wm. Cecil said his mother Nora had been preparing biscuits for breakfast when she had the stroke. He and his father had been tending to chores on their farm and came in to find that Nora had had a stroke.
