"DEATH OF FREDERICK DEMENT--Frederick Dement, son of the late William C. and Olive Dement, of Oregon City, Or., and brother of Eugene Dement, of Astoria, Or., Mrs. C. P. Church, of Los Angeles, Cal., Edward Dement, of San Francisco, Cal., Frank Dement of Walla Walla, Wash., Mrs. W. C. Bardsley, of Tacoma, Wash., and John C. Dement, of San Diego, Cal., and a nephew of William Carey Johnson, of Portland, died at Los Angeles last Sunday. He left a wife and a son, William, both of California. He was 52 years of age."
