Thomas Nolan Bruner "Tommy," 73, of Williamsburg Drive in Nicholasville, died Saturday, Feb. 28, at Central Baptist Hospital. Mr. Bruner was a 32-year veteran of public service. He began his public service as a police officer with the City of Nicholasville (1960-1964), then went on to serve as the Jessamine County jailer for 28 years (1965-1993) before retiring because of health problems.
