Albertson Rites Held At Stamp Creek Church
James Thomas Albertson, 74 years of age and prominent retired farmer, of Seneca, died at his home. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Sallie Albertson; six daughters, Mrs. Arch Hunnicutt, Mrs. C. C. Moody, Mrs. Marshall Lanford, Mrs. J. T. Barker, Mrs. Curtice Young, Mrs. Ed Hopkins; four sons, J. T., J. F., J. P., and C. C. Albertson; one sister, Mrs. Lee Crow; 33 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.Funeral services were conducted from Stamp Creek Baptist church Friday morning at 11 o'clock by the Rev. Hovie Murphy and the Rev. Alex Harrison. Burial was in the church cemetery.Pallbearers were W. H. Bowers, Robert Crenshaw, Luther Morgan, Doc Hopkins, Clyde Crenshaw and Earl Thompson.
