Mrs. Annie Buckley, wife of A. A. Buckley, 77 died this morning at the home on West Seventh Street of a stroke of paralysis. Her health had been poor for some time, and she had suffered a previous stroke.
Mrs. Buckley was born in this community and spent her entire life here. She was a devout member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, was a fine Christian woman and leaves a wide circle of friends to mourn her passing.
The survivors are her husband, four children, Miss Ruth Buckley; Joseph Buckley, Reynolds Buckley and Jack Buckley; one sister, Mrs. Pauline Witty, Louisville, and a grandchild.
The funeral services will be conducted at the home Thursday afternoon at 2:30 with burial at Riverside Cemetery.
