Funeral services will be held Monday for Mrs. Bertha E. Tevis who died Thursday in
San Diego. Mrs. Tevis lived at 313 5th Avenue and was the wife of the late Louis Tevis, a former employee with the Bureau of Reclamation.
She was born Jan. 21, 1886, in Missouri. She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the First Christian Church.
Friends may call today from 2-8 p.m.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Johnson Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Richard Osneff of the First Christian Church officiating.
Burial will be in Desert Lawn Memorial Park.
She is survived by a son, Edwin of San Diego.
