MODESTO MAN, 73, IS FOUND DEAD IN HOME
Al Welch, about 73, was found dead in his home at 211 South Avenue about 10:30 o'clock this morning. He apparently died of natural causes.
He was a native of California and had been in Modesto for nearly 40 years. He was the uncle of Mrs. Florence Nichols of Manteca, Roy Lacy of Fresno, and a great uncle of Mrs. Geraldine Barrett of Modesto.
His body was taken to the Salas Brothers Moore Funeral Chapel where services are pending.

SERVICES ARE PLANNED
Graveside services will be conducted in the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Fresno tomorrow at 10 A.M. For Alfred Welch, about 73, who was found dead in his home here Friday morning. Local arrangements are in charge of the Salas Brothers Moore Funeral Chapel.
