Joy Snyder Butts
MILES CITY, MT. --- Services for Joy Snyder Butts, 61, of Volberg, MT., will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the J. E. Graves Funeral Home in Miles City.
Mrs. Butts died Monday at her home in Volberg following a short illness.
She was born in Casper, WY., on June 3, 1919, and was the daughter of Bertha and Ora Synder.
On July 1, 1936, she married Calvin Butts in Buffalo, WY.
They lived in Stacey, MT.
Besides her husband, she is survived by one son, David of
San Gabriel, CA.; two sisters, Zola Butts of Midwest and Violet Billie Young of Story; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a son, Michael; two brothers, Rex and Orin; and her parents.
Burial will be in Custer County Cemetery at Miles City.
Memorials to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
