Death notice states his residence as "near Bainbridge, Ohio" which is a village in Ross County, Ohio that is very near Perry Township. The funeral, at The Friends Church in Westboro, Jefferson Township, Clinton County, Ohio, was held at 10 am on Friday, 01 Jun 1900. Westboro is about 38 miles west of Bainbridge. Burial was the same day in the Westboro Friends Cemetery. Death Notice reads, "The funeral of Jacob Andrew, oldest brother of *R. E. Andrew, was held Friday, at 10 o'clock, at the Friends Church, in Westboro. Deceased lived near Bainbridge, Ohio., and has been in poor health for several months past."
NOTE: R. E. Andrew is his brother Robert Emmett Andrew.
