Oma Hazel Knight, 70, of Joelton, died Thursday, July 5, 2001, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. Services were held Saturday, July 7 at Anderson & Garrett Funeral Home with Frank Bunner and Johnny Harris Jr. officiating. Pallbearers were family and friends. Burial was in the Anderson Cemetery in Joelton.
Born Dec. 21, 1930 in Joelton, she was the daughter of James Marion and Oma Leona Harris Anderson. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include husband, Ike D. Knight, of Joelton; son, Leon Knight, of Cedar Hill; daughter, Sandra White, of Bowling Green, Ky.; sister, Edna Anderson, of Joelton; and five grandchildren.
Anderson & Garrett Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
