Note: Maiden surname has various spellings, such as Oberta or Alberta. In Germany it would have been written Ölberter. The English spelling Oelberter is used for this memorial to be consistent with the spelling used on the death certificates of three of her 11 children: Catherine Miller Wolf, John Gebhard, and Christian John Gebhard.
