Mrs. Patricia Hartley

RED CREEK - Mrs. Patricia Helen Hartley, 44 of 13942 Stevenson Drive, a home economics teacher in the North Rose-Wolcott School system, died Saturday in Highland Hospital, Rochester, after a long illness.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Becker Funeral Home, Red Creek.
The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Red Creek United Methodist Church with the Rev. Welling R. Storch, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Huron Evergreen Cemetery, Huron, at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Red Creek Fire Department Ambulance Fund or the American Cancer Society.
Mrs. Hartley was born in Rochester, March 8, 1938, the daughter of Earl and Helen Gallagher Meyer. She had at one time served as chairwoman for the home economics department at North Rose-Wolcott, and was a 1961 graduate of State University College at Buffalo where she received a bachelor of science degree in home economics.
A resident of Red Creek for the past 22 years, Mrs. Hartley was a member of the Red Creek United Methodist Church and its United Methodist Women.
Surviving besides her mother, Helen Meyer of North Rose, are her husband, Donald J. Hartley of Red Creek, whom she married April 16, 1960; two sons, Jeffrey Hartley, a student at State University College at Brockport, and Daniel of Red Creek; two daughters, Mrs. Philip (Lora) Reed of Fulton and Kimberly Hartley of Red Creek; two sisters, Mrs. Michael (Nancy) Cook of Walworth and Mrs. James (Judy) Lauster of Williamson; and several nieces and nephews.
