Kenneth H. Critchfield, 73, Boynton, died Nov. 25, 1987, at home. Born July 28, 1914, in Ralphton, son of the late James B. and Ellen H. (Holler) Critchfield. Preceded in death by his wife, the former Minnie M. Shippy, and one brother, Paul. Survived by one son, Dennis K., of Springs; and a granddaughter, Andrea; also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Beatrice Beal and Mrs. Doretta Jones, both of Boynton; and one brother, Claude E. of Boynton. He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ of Salisbury. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Salisbury American Legion and Salisbury VFW. Also a member of the Plasterers and Cement Masons, Local 296, of Cumberland, Md. Friends will be received Friday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., at Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Mark J. Stewart officiating. Interment, Salisbury Cemetery.
