Orville Wright Blosser, 95, of Florida, formerly of Middlebury, died on Tuesday, December 16, at the Department of Veteran’s Affairs in Daytona Beach, FL.

He was born on January 30, 1919, in Fillmore, Saskatchewan, Canada, to Ray and Grace Blosser. On June 6, 1953 in Middlebury he married C. Irene Cripe; she died on May 27, 2005.

Surviving are two sons, Carmon (Margaret) Cripe of
Middlebury, Gerry (Marjorie) Cripe of Ocala, FL; 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 10 great great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, and a sister, Thelma Bender. Orville was a WWII Air Force Veteran and had graduated from Middlebury High School in 1937.
He will be cremated and buried in Grace Lawn Cemetery.
