He was born May 10, 1935 in Salem, the son of the late Frank Andric and Frances Crawford Andric.
David was a 1953 graduate of Lisbon High School and moved to Niles in 1992. He retired from RMI as a Millwright after 33 years. David belonged to the RMI Retirees.
His wife, Elizabeth "Louise" Crawford Andric, whom he married on January 18, 1992, preceded him in death on April 17, 2002. He was also preceded in death by his first wife Alice Mae DeSellem Andric whom he married in 1955 and who died in March 1987. A daughter, Janice Shattuck, also preceded him.
Survivors include a daughter, Chris (William) Damon of Tallahasee, Fla.; grandchildren, Michael Damon, David Furrie, Amy & Christine Shattuck; great-grandchild, Mercedes; brothers Richard Andric of Port St. Lucie, Fla., James (Mary) Andric of Poland, Ohio; and sister Lou (Tony) Pezzano of Lisbon, Ohio.
Friends may call Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel, 1884 North Road N.E., Warren.
A service will be Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home with Rev. James P. Walker officiating. Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery.
