Ross Howe, 80, of Tioga, died Sunday, March 23, 1969, in the Blossburg State Hospital where he had been admitted March 21.
He was a retired farmer.
Born at Tioga Jan. 29, 1889, he was the son of Nathan and Minnie Moore Howe.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. William Cummings, of Mansfield; four sisters, Mrs. Alta Cummings, Mrs. Leona Adriance, Mrs. Irene Miller and Mrs. Doris Stedge, all of Tioga; two brothers, Elmer, of Tioga, and Roy, of Knoxville; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 3 pm Wednesday at Shaw and Robena's. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. The Rev. James Linn, pastor of the Baptist Church, Tioga will officiate.
