Anna Louise Parke Ebeling was the daughter of Horace Dunham Parke and Fanny Louise McDonald Parke. She had one brother, Donald Columbus Parke.

During the 1890s, Anna's father owned the Queen City Hotel at 133 Main Street in Buffalo, Erie, New York. Anna worked there as a pianist.

She fell in love with the hotel violinist, Julius William Ebeling, and the pair married in 1902. The officiant at the wedding was the Rev. George Herbert Gaviller of All Saints, an Episcopal parish originally located on Main Street.

Anna gave birth to three children: Olive Louise, Horace Parke, and Julius O. Olive later married Clarence J Houck, and the two had a musical career. Horace worked as a supply clerk for the public schools.

Anna is a direct descendant of four Mayflower passengers: John Howland, Elizabeth Tilley Howland, John Tilley, and Joan Hurst Tilley. Her direct descendants may be eligible for membership in the General Society of Mayflower Descendants. She is also descended from and several folks who served in the Revolutionary War, including George Robert Twelves Hewes, Roger C Sterry, Daniel Kimball, and Jacob Kimball, Sr. Her direct descendants may be eligible for membership in the Daughters of the American Revolution.
