Eileen was born on August 01, 1926 in Sioux City, Iowa, the daughter of Bert and Bessie (Taylor) Cecil. Eileen graduated from Central High School in Sioux City, Iowa. She married Robert Brady on August 17, 1946 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Sioux City, Iowa. The couple moved to Ponca and opened Bob's Market and Locker. The couple retired in 1976. Bob passed away on April 10, 1994. Eileen entered the Regency Spuare Retirement Home in South Sioux City, Nebraska in 2005 and moved to the Elms Health Care Center in Ponca in 2007.
