Please remove the given name of James! No where on any legal document is he listed as James.

His father (William Warren c1755-1822) will states the name of his son as Burrell.

Tax records in Williamson Co, TN list him as Burrell

his 1812 pension lists his name as Burrell

his land document for Jefferson Co, IL list his name as Burrell

Again there is absolutely no legal record with his name being other than Burrell Warren. He doesn't even have a brother named James according to his fathers will.
