Cecilia S. Wright, 85, died March 29, 2012, at The Treasure Coast Hospice Residence, Stuart. She was born in Nottingham, England, and lived in Stuart for 42 years, coming from Brattleboro, VT.

She retired after 22 years as an executive secretary to the superintendent of schools of Martin County. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Stuart, where she served as a Eucharistic minister and in the Bereavement Ministries and Carpenter's Kitchen. She also was a trustee of Environmental Studies Council and former volunteer at J. D. Parker Elementary School.

Daughters, Suzanne Stanton of Boylston, MA & Kathleen C. Walker-Peterson of Stuart
