"Mrs. Helen Bloomquist Burt, of 25 Blanchard Street, died at 6:30 A.M. today at her home.
"She was a member of the Visiting Nurses Auxiliary and a confirmand of the First Covenant Church.
"Born in Jamestown, she was the daughter of Axel E. and Helen Nordval Bloomquist; and the widow of William H. Burt, who died
in 1952.
"She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Norman Flyger [Betty Jane Smith Flyger] of Warren, Pa., a brother, Harry A. Bloomquist, and a sister, Mrs. Ralph C. Sheldon, Jr., both of Jamestown; and two grandchildren, Judy and Mary Flyger.
"Funeral arrangements are in charge of Henderson-Lincoln Funeral Home."
