Mrs. Kinderknecht was born Rosa M. Lang on Oct. 16, 1926, in Quinter and was a lifetime resident of Quinter. She was a certified nurse's assistant.
Survivors include her husband, Julius J. of the home; a son, Vernon of Quinter; three daughters, Judy Murphy of Cunningham, Connie Depperschmidt of Derby and Cindy Sauer of Morland; three brothers, Melchoir Lang of Hays, Wilfred Lang of Quinter and La Verne Lang of Topeka; two sisters, Frances Kahler of Quinter and Nellie Goetz of Salina; and 10 grandchildren.
The funeral will be 10 a.m. Friday at the St. Michael's Catholic Church, Collyer, the Rev. Edmund Weigel officiating. Burial will be in the St. Michael Cemetery, Collyer. A parish prayer service will be 8 p.m. today at the Hendricks Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. today the funeral home.
