Actress. Betty Ross Clarke was an American stage and film actress, who appeared in 33 movies from the 1920s to the 1940s. She started as a vaudeville dancer and had a small role on Broadway in 1917 before having some success on the stages in London, made a film in Germany, and toured with a group in Australia. Among her most notable appearances were "Three Married Men" in 1936 as 'Annie' and "A Bride for Henry" in 1937 as 'Mrs. Curtis.' By the end of the 1930s, she found roles of unnamed characters in films and bit parts on the stage. She died suddenly. On July 6, 1921, she married ex-RAF pilot turned movie director Arthur Greville Collins. They divorced, having no children.
