Stockwell - Russ B. Skinner, 73, a retired farmer, died at 11:30 a.m. Monday at his residence. He had been ill six months. He was born west of Stockwell and graduated from the Stockwell schools. He married Anna Bartholomew and she preceded him in death. He then married Helen A. Welsh in 1953 in the St. Mary's Rectory, Lafayette. Surviving with his widow are one daughter, Miss Helen B. Skinner of Lafayette, and one sister, Mrs. Grace Harrison of Lafayette.
