SHELBY - Mrs Montrose Mull Meacham, 62, of Fairway Drive died at 7 am today at Cleveland Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include her husband, Earl H Meacham, formerly of Statesville and a brother of Mrs H Ross Bunch of Statesville; one son, Otis Mull Meacham of Shelby; one daughter, Mrs Montrose M Ballard of Shelby; and one grandchild.
She was the daughter of the late Mr and Mrs Otis M Mull. She was a former trustee of Wake Forest College and a graduate of Peace College and a member of the First Baptist Church in Shelby.
Funeral services will be conducted at the home at 11 am Thursday. Rev Gene Watterson and Rev Roland Leaph will officiate. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the home from 8-10 o'clock tonight. Palmer Mortuary in Shelby is in charge of arrangements.
