DAISY FREEMAN
Daisy Jenkins Freeman died Monday, May 17, at her home in Counce at the age of 79. A native of Hardin County, she was the daughter of Bessie Smith and Lowery Jenkins. She was married to Willie Freeman who preceded her in death in 1986. A homemaker, she was a member of the Center Hill Baptist Church Ladies Auxiliary and a former member of the home demonstration club. Services were Wednesday, May 19, at 5 p.m. at Center Hill Baptist Church with burial in Center Hill Cemetery. Leonard Russell officiated. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Jaye Beck of Counce; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
