Pecatonica, Sept. 21 -- George Manford Brewster, 77, died suddenly Monday of a heart attach at his home in Pecatonica. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the home and burial will be in the Pecatonica cemetery.
Mr. Brewster was born Aug. 3, 1860, in Henderson, Jefferson county, New York, the son of John A. and Mary Wyenegar Brewster, and came to Pecatonica 69 years ago. He was married June 28, 1893, to Anna Segurd. He was a carpenter for many years, retiring five years ago.
He leaves his widow, a sister, Mrs. Julia Kendrick, Oak Park, and two grandchildren, Jeanette and Shirley Barloga. A daughter, Mrs. Leah Barloga, died Oct. 19, 1932.
