NACOGDOCHES - Grace (Etier) Cheves, 88, died Monday at a local nursing home.
Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cason Monk-Metcalf Funeral Directors Sunset Chapel with Dr. Allen Reed officiating. Burial will be in Clyde Cemetery in Clyde.
Mrs. Cheves was born in Oklahoma and was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was a member of Clyde Country Club, Clyde Study Club and the Texas Poetry Society. She had lived in Nacogdoches for six years. She was the widow of E.H. Cheves.
